An issue not only for large corporations
by Wolfgang Feige
The economy is becoming increasingly globalized. Even small and mid-size companies today are forced to act on an international scale. This is true for purchasing and sales as well as with regard to goods and staff. The world is the marketplace. -
This contribution investigates the question as to what effects globalization will have on the development and recruitment of talent - persons with a high potential for extensive management, project, or expert functions.
Not only large corporations, but in particular also small and mid-size businesses must make substantial efforts in this area if they want to get talent on board or retain their existing talent. PDF (4616 KB) |
